The following information has come to us from Central Asia regarding the crime of the tyrant of Tashkent in Andijan:
(Due to the events in the former Soviet Union republics, especially in neighbouring Kyrgyzstan, Karimov knew that these waves ‘of change’ would reach him and so he began to fear what would happen. Russia advised him that he should keep ahead of events. So he spread his spies amongst the people telling them to move against him, while these spies pretend to be on the side of the people, in order to find the real leaders of the opposition. He did that so that he can knock them out before they can organise their forces against him. Then he will turn to the prisons - which are full of thousands of Muslims, in particular from Hizb ut-Tahrir (which Russia describes as a terrorist group because of its call for Khilafah) - and thus strikes those in the prisons in the fog of these events under the pretext that they have escaped, revolted and then were killed in the process.
This plan was agreed upon a month before the events of Andijan between Russia and Karimov - pressure was also applied on Kyrgyzstan to facilitate the execution of the plan on its side - Karimov expressed the need for Russian soldiers to increase the killing of the people fearing that the Uzbek soldiers might refrain from such killing according to the plan. So the Russians promised to send five thousand special troops who had been trained to spill blood. The agreement was concluded upon this matter.
In the beginning of May 2005, the Taghut (dictator) began the operation by sending security forces amongst the people, pretending that they are with the people and inciting them to move against Karimov in demand for a better standard of living in terms of services: water, electricity and gas; besides demanding that their sons be released from prison.
Hizb ut-Tahrir was aware of that plan. The indications were clear since some of those who were inciting the people were known to be from the Uzbek security services. But they pretended that they had split off from these services and were now against Karimov. Their actions were clear; they were contacting the families of the prisoners, which included the families of the Hizb. The Hizb exerted all its efforts to contact the people to tell them that those who are doing this are from the security services of the dictator. However, these services were so devious that they managed to win a number of people, even some human rights organisations, especially since the people hate the tyrant vehemently because he has arrested their sons; besides their poor livelihood due to the deficiency in services.
Thus, the people gathered at the end of the 12th of May in the main city centre of Andijan. This continued throughout the night and also on Friday 13th May until the numbers reached 50,000. During the night of 12-13/5/2005, an armed group, which were mainly from the followers of Karimov headed for the prison of Andijan. They released a number of prisoners - most of them were killed and only a few survived. According to the testimony of one of the surviving prisoners, the Shabab of Hizb ut-Tahrir were the first to be led to their death by that armed group, and these prisoners were not seen after that.
On the morning of Friday 13th May the tyrant came early to Andijan. The airport was already prepared on 10th May 2005 to welcome him, i.e. it was all pre-planned before the event. The tyrant asked the Russian soldiers, who were brought to Andijan on 11th May 2005, to kill all those in the main square of Andijan, whether they were elderly, women, children or youth, without discrimination.
When the tyrant returned to Tashkent that afternoon he gave the orders to densely shoot the people in the square. The dense shooting continued from Friday afternoon until Saturday 14th May 2005. The number of the murdered was estimated according to sources we trust to be about 7000 in the massacre of Andijan. The state began to collect and hide 400-500 dead bodies at a time. This continued for 4 days while the country was closed in terms of the media and movement, in terms of entry and exit, under an iron curtain as used to be the case in the former Soviet Union.
After this the tyrant allowed a number of media people to enter through guided routes and they were not allowed to speak to the people. Then they left as they entered according to the designated routes.
On Saturday evening, 14th May 6 pm local Uzbek time, Uzbek TV broadcasted a press conference by the butcher, Karimov. Karimov accused Hizb ut-Tahrir of being behind these events. Karimov accused a small Islamic group (Akramiyyah) of attacking the prison, opening its doors and killing those prisoners who did not rebel with them, whilst it was Karimov’s group itself that killed the prisoners inside the prison and outside it and not Akramiyyah. What indicates that Karimov is behind the murder of the prisoners is the following:
- Karimov said in his press conference on Saturday evening 14/5 that the armed group which attacked the prison had killed those prisoners who did not wish to rebel with them and join their ranks. This was to give an explanation as to why the prisoners were killed once the truth of their killing was disclosed.
- Some people in Tashkent went to the prisons department asking about their sons in the prison of Andijan. They were told to come the day after. When they came the next day they were told to come four days later. After that their demand was still denied.
- Prison officials went to the families of the prisoners in Andijan and said: your sons escaped from prison and we are looking for them, so if they come home then send them to us. This was to create a pretext that when their killing was disclosed they would say that they had fled and were killed by the armed groups.
- The language used between the armed groups was heard to be non-Uzbek which confirm that they were Karimov’s Russian troops who came to execute the massacre.
Recently, news was received that the Muslim prisoners, in particular the Shabab of Hizb-ut-Tahrir, were also being killed in other prisons in Uzbekistan and that the number of dead had reached in the thousands. There are news related amongst people that the number of the killed as a result of the massacres committed in Uzbekistan points to more than 10,000 and some other reports point to 20,000). End.
O Muslims! These massacres prove how much the West hates Islam and the Muslims. Although America and Russia compete in Central Asia (especially in Uzbekistan) and try to take each country on their side and differ on the division of the spoils and influence, but when it comes to killing the Muslims they put these differences aside, especially when it comes to Hizb ut-Tahrir. This is clear from the reaction to the massacre, where the reaction has been shy and timid as if what happened was a brawl in a football match.
They said they have put pressure on the tyrant by sending reporters to Andijan, though these media reporters did not enter except through the routes decided for them and were prevented from speaking to the people. These reporters went as they came in along the routes devised for them by the tyrant. Had these massacres took place in the smallest of villages in any part of the world where the inhabitants were not Muslim then these countries, especially America, would have filled the world with its hollow claims of democracy and human rights.
We are well aware of the stance of the Kuffar and their agents who hate Islam and the Muslims. They unite against the Muslims, especially those who are working to establish the Khilafah in order to prevent its return. This is because the Khilafah will bring them sleeplessness, and it will bring destruction to them and their puppets. However, they should know that these hateful stances they take towards us will drive us even more for establishing the Khilafah and make us hasten on the path even more. We indeed see that victory is close by the permission of Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta’aala). Then the Kafir colonialists who hate Islam will come to know their unfortunate end.
O Muslims! The pure blood of the Muslims, which the butcher of Andijan spilt, will not be in vain. Hizb ut-Tahrir will never forget that; it will rather engrave it in its memory. Allah’s (Subhanahu Wa Ta’aala) promise to give succession on the earth to His pious servants and the Messenger’s (saw) good news of the return of the Khilafah Rashidah will be realised by Allah’s (Subhanahu Wa Ta’aala) Leave. Then there will be a just and severe retribution for the butcher of Andijan that will scare those who stand behind him.
The tyrant of Tashkent dances like the slaughtered animal. Indeed, Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta’aala) gives respite to the oppressor, but when He (Subhanahu Wa Ta’aala) seizes him He (Subhanahu Wa Ta’aala) will not give him an escape. Indeed this evil oppressor will be seized by Allah’s (Subhanahu Wa Ta’aala) Leave:
«إن الله ليملي للظالم حتى إذا أخذه لَم يُفْلِتْهُ»
“Indeed, Allah will give respite to the oppressor, until when He seizes him He will not give him an escape.” Reported by al-Bukhari.
As for you O Muslims, those who lost your sons; have patience and compete in steadfastness. Know that by the will of Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta’aala), your sons will be in the gardens of delight with the Prophets, truthful, martyrs and pious and how excellent is their company. The pure blood of your sons which has been spilled will bring you honour and victory. The darkness will be followed by the light of dawn and the hardship must be followed by ease. He (Subhanahu Wa Ta’aala) said:
فإن مع العسر يسراً . إن مع العسر يسرا.
‘So verily, with the hardship, there is relief, verily, with the hardship, there is relief.’ [TMQ 94:6]
So, wait good news of a victory that is near by the permission of Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta’aala).
والله غالب على أمره ولكن أكثر الناس لا يعلمون
‘And Allah has full power and control over His Affairs, but most of men know not.’ [TMQ 12:21]
