All praise be to Allah and may all praise be to Allah… and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah and upon His Family, companions, and those who follow Him.
O Muslims… O Armies… O Sincere Ones in the Muslims Lands,
On this blessed day of the 9th of Dhul Hijjah,
And on this blessed day, Friday,
On this blessed day, Muslims are gathered on Mount Arafat, turning to Allah for their needs and as Muslims gather for Friday prayers in their mosques, we send our call from the blessed Masjid Al-Aqsa to the Muslims in the Ash-Sham, Iraq, Yemen, Turkey, and Pakistan in particular and to Muslims in general… we say:
This is the day of Arafah where the disassociation from the polytheist was declared:
((وَأَذَانٌ مِنَ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ إِلَى النَّاسِ يَوْمَ الْحَجِّ الْأَكْبَرِ أَنَّ اللَّهَ بَرِيءٌ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ وَرَسُولُهُ فَإِنْ تُبْتُمْ فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ وَإِنْ تَوَلَّيْتُمْ فَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّكُمْ غَيْرُ مُعْجِزِي اللَّهِ وَبَشِّرِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ))
“And [it is] an announcement from Allah and His Messenger to the people on the day of the greater pilgrimage that Allah is disassociated from the disbelievers, and [so is] His Messenger. So if you repent, that is best for you; but if you turn away - then know that you will not cause failure to Allah. And give tidings to those who disbelieve of a painful punishment” [At-Tawba: 3]
This is the day of Arafa, in which the Messenger of Allah (saw) reminded you by saying:
«إِنَّ دِمَاءَكُمْ، وَأَمْوَالَكُمْ، وَأَعْرَاضَكُمْ، وَأَبْشَارَكُمْ، عَلَيْكُمْ حَرَامٌ، كَحُرْمَةِ يَوْمِكُمْ هَذَا، فِي شَهْرِكُمْ هَذَا، فِي بَلَدِكُمْ هَذَا، أَلاَ هَلْ بَلَّغْتُ» قُلْنَا: نَعَمْ، قَالَ: «اللَّهُمَّ اشْهَدْ، فَلْيُبَلِّغِ الشَّاهِدُ الغَائِبَ، فَإِنَّهُ رُبَّ مُبَلِّغٍ يُبَلِّغُهُ لِمَنْ هُوَ أَوْعَى لَهُ»، ثم قَالَ: «لاَ تَرْجِعُوا بَعْدِي كُفَّارًا، يَضْرِبُ بَعْضُكُمْ رِقَابَ بَعْضٍ»
“Your blood, your money, your honor, your property are sacred, sacred as this day, in this month of yours, in this land of yours, have I conveyed the message” We said: Yes, He said: “Oh Allah be my witness, let the one who witnessed convey this to the absent, there will be good when the one who conveys this to another who has more awareness for it than him” then said: “do not you return as Kuffar after me, striking off each other’s necks”.
O Armies stationed in the barracks… Is it not time for you to rise and shake off the dust of humiliation off your Ummah… Is it not time for your large army chanting the Takbeer to liberate Al-Aqsa from the filth of the Jews…
O pilots in the Hijaz, Jordan, and the United Arab Emirates… Do you obey America and carry out raids with your planes on your brothers and people, and you do not obey the command of your Lord (swt) to perform Jihad for the sake of Allah (swt) to liberate your sanctities… Where were your planes when bereaved women were crying for help in Gaza… aircrafts of the Jews demolished houses and killed the elderly and children… and destroyed mosques… and desecrates Masjid Al-Aqsa morning and night…were you not enraged to respond to the Jewish aggression, were you not moved to support your brothers. Did you not hear the words of Allah (swt):
((وَإِنِ اسْتَنْصَرُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ فَعَلَيْكُمُ النَّصْرُ))
“And if they seek help of you for your religion, then you must help” [Al-Anfal: 72]
O the best people of Ash-Sham: The head of the snake is in Damascus, so unite your objective and your ranks… and renounce America and its agents… and reject the devil’s friends… be sincere to Allah (swt) and march towards the best cities, chanting Takbeers and Tahleels, determined to achieve the glad tiding of the Messenger of Allah (saw); Khilafah upon the method of Prophethood, and know that Allah (swt) is with you, helping, supporting, and protecting you, for He (swt) is the supporter of the believers and the pious.
O the best people we urge you from Masjid Al-Aqsa, not to be distracted by fighting among yourselves instead of fighting your enemy, and know that America and its alliances will not harm you except for some annoyance…this is the saying of the True Almighty:
((لَنْ يَضُرُّوكُمْ إِلَّا أَذًى وَإِنْ يُقَاتِلُوكُمْ يُوَلُّوكُمُ الْأَدْبَارَ ثُمَّ لَا يُنْصَرُونَ))
“They will not harm you except for [some] annoyance. And if they fight you, they will show you their backs; then they will not be aided” [Al-i-Imran: 111]
So do not be distracted away from Damascus and let not the enemy distract you away from it, be truthful to Allah (swt), He (swt) will be truthful to you.
O the best people in the country of Iman and wisdom: O people of Yemen… Where did your wisdom go? Where is your Iman? America, the enemy of Allah (swt), is meddling with your land and spreading the seeds of discord among your sons… and fuelling hatred between your tribes… We, from Masjid Al-Aqsa implore you by Allah (swt) to stop the spilling of your blood, and protect your wealth… and unite your ranks for the establishment of Deen…O you best people in Sana’a, Arhab, and Saada… O you sincere in Dhamar, Ta’izz and Al-Bayda’... O you sincere in Al-Jawf, Marib, Abyan, Aden and Mukalla… Renounce the projects of America and the West to divide your country, and to loot your wealth, reject Satan and his followers… and proclaim the truth and stand as one, as loving brothers… raising the banner of Tawheed to establish the Deen, and swear allegiance to the Khaleefah of the Muslims.
O army of Egypt (Kenanah)... You are the strength of the Muslims, their support and reinforcement. Isn’t there a righteous leader amongst you to renew the history of heroes once again on the land of Egypt, and rescues you from the subordination of the rulers who pledged Egypt and its army to America…Isn’t there a righteous leader amongst you who will shake off of you the dust of humiliation and lead your army to the squares of Al-Aqsa as Salahudeen did… O army officers of Egypt, from Masjid Al-Aqsa we implore you by Allah (swt) to give support to Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saw)... We invite you to establish the Deen… We invite you to establish the Khilafah that will save the whole of humanity from the oppression of America and its capitalist criminal system.
As for you, military officers in the Pakistani Army… we renew our call to you from the blessed Masjid Al-Aqsa and implore you by Allah (swt) to support the call of Islam, we implore you by Allah (swt) not to give America access over your country or over your brothers in Afghanistan… We implore you by Allah (swt) to respond to the call of Hizb ut Tahrir; answer the caller to Allah (swt) to establish the Khilafah.
O Muslims in Turkey… O officers in the Turkish army… your country embraced glory under the shade of the Khilafah and still landmarks of Astana and Topkapi Palace revive your fervor and spouting pride in you… Khilafah is the obligation of your Lord (swt) and the symbol and source of your pride… and members of Hizb ut Tahrir are calling you to establish it…They call on your fervor to establish the Deen of Allah (swt) on earth…. how can people of their like be tried and imprisoned… We implore you by Allah (swt) from Masjid Al-Aqsa to support Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saw)... We implore you by Allah (swt) to stand with your brothers on the land of Sham and support them and not to become part of the alliance of America, the alliance of tyranny and the devil…
O Muslims in all corners of the globe… we call you from Masjid Al-Aqsa… from the home of Mi’raj (ascension) of the Messenger of Allah (saw)... and we implore you by Allah (swt) to support the Deen of Allah (swt)... and we implore you by Allah (swt) to establish the Deen, and we implore you by Allah (swt) to work with those working to establish the Khilafah. Allah (swt) is with you and will never deprive you of the reward for your deeds.
O Allah (swt), we have conveyed our call to the finest Muslim people… O Allah (swt) open the hearts of the officers and armies of Muslims to support your Deen and establish your Shariah… O Allah (swt) open the hearts of the Muslims for the call of truth and reconcile between their hearts and remove the hatred and grudges between them.
O Allah (swt) punish America and its allies… O Allah (swt) destroy them and their soldiers and engulf them in humiliation and disgrace and do not give them the upper hand over the Muslims, by your Mercy O Most Merciful.
O Allah (swt), we ask you a righteously-guided Khilafah upon the method of Prophethood, which will bring they glory to Islam and the Muslims, and unite us by it, and by it let us achieve victory over those who oppressed us.
