In the last steps to enforce the outcome of the so-called National Dialogue, which is the announcement of the National Reconciliation Government, with the participation of a number of political forces and armed movements. Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Sudan states the following facts:
First, the name ‘The Government of National Reconciliation’ means that the government agrees with a number of political parties and armed movements to share the seats (with crooked stands) of power.
They view it as a cake. Omar Bashir said in a press conference at the Presidential Palace, when appointing his deputy Bakri Hassan Saleh as a prime minister: “The cake is small and the hands are plentiful and it is contested by 90 parties and more than 40 armed movements who will find their place in the executive and legislative power.” (Sky News 03/03/2017) This reality shows that these so called ministers came only to solve their own problems, by eating the poisoned cake! May they be disgraced and lost those who lowered themselves by using political action for their own selfish interests rather than the interests of the people, which is the essence of political action. As for authority in Islam, it is a trust, because of the saying of Prophet Muhammad (saw):
«... وَإِنَّهَا أَمَانَةٌ وَإِنَّهَا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ خِزْىٌ وَنَدَامَةٌ إِلاَّ مَنْ أَخَذَهَا بِحَقِّهَا وَأَدَّى الَّذِى عَلَيْهِ فِيهَا»
“... and it is a trust, and on the Day of Resurrection is a disgrace and a regret, except for those who took it rightfully and carried it out his duties towards it”
Second: The system that these predators of power want to implement is the same system that crippled the country, and brought poverty to the people, it is a duplicate image of the system inherited by the followers of the colonizers, it is a Taghout (tyrannical) system, it is the legislation of man for man by the majority, Allah (swt) prohibited taking the laws of man (Taghout). Allah (swt) says:
((أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ يَزْعُمُونَ أَنَّهُمْ آمَنُوا بِمَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْكَ وَمَا أُنْزِلَ مِنْ قَبْلِكَ يُرِيدُونَ أَنْ يَتَحَاكَمُوا إِلَى الطَّاغُوتِ وَقَدْ أُمِرُوا أَنْ يَكْفُرُوا بِهِ وَيُرِيدُ الشَّيْطَانُ أَنْ يُضِلَّهُمْ ضَلالا بَعِيدًا))
“Have you not seen those who claim to have believed in what was revealed to you, [O Muhammad], and what was revealed before you? They wish to refer legislation to Taghut, while they were commanded to reject it; and Satan wishes to lead them far astray.” [an-Nisaa’: 60]
He (swt) commanded the reference to the Islamic rules, and made it the pillar of belief, He (swt) says:
((فَلا وَرَبِّكَ لا يُؤْمِنُونَ حَتَّى يُحَكِّمُوكَ فِيمَا شَجَرَ بَيْنَهُمْ ثُمَّ لا يَجِدُوا فِي أَنْفُسِهِمْ حَرَجًا مِمَّا قَضَيْتَ وَيُسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيمًا))
“But no, by your Lord, they will not [truly] believe until they make you, [O Muhammad], judge concerning that over which they dispute among themselves and then find within themselves no discomfort from what you have judged and submit in [full, willing] submission.” [An-Nisaa’: 65]
Third: The basis for any serious process of change is to change the regime, not to change the ruling people, because the injustice comes from the applied system, and any system other than the system of Islam, is unjust, even if it was implemented by righteous people, because Allah (swt) says:
((وَمَنْ لَمْ يَحْكُمْ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ))
“And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed - then it is those who are the wrongdoers” [Al-Ma’ida; 45]
Fourth: The National Reconciliation Government is an instrument for the implementation of the American project in Sudan, which seeks the separation of the south, is the installing of open secularism, which fights any call to Islam as a system of life, encourages the claims of Islam as a spiritual religion that covers only matters of belief, worship and rituals only. Furthermore America wants via the National Reconciliation Government, the division of the rest of the Sudan with the ideas of federalism and self-government on regional, ethnic, or even tribal bases. Perhaps observers see how America ordered this government to carry out a comprehensive national dialogue since 13/8/2013, then we saw how America came out from behind the scenes, to the theater, interfering in every nook and cranny. Later we saw the partial lifting of the sanctions, and promises to raise the remaining ones next July, and the movements of the former US envoy, and after him his office manager, Paul Stephen, was at the center of the armed movements and political forces, for their inclusion in the dialogue, and then the formation of National Reconciliation Government, even the Minister of Finance, coordinate every major and minor detail with the US Embassy, before traveling to the spring meetings of the IMF and the World Bank, and other details that are filled in the media daily.
Fifth, the National Reconciliation Government, which is interested in appeasing the United States, the IMF and the World Bank, will only increase the country’s poverty and hardship upon the current hardship of living, enough for the people the government’s implementations of the IMF’s instructions by raising the so-called subsidies and reducing government spending on education and health, to increase their suffering. Then how is the situation, when all the wealth of the country, (which was disabled by the failed policies), is handed over to American companies, competing for the looting of minerals, agricultural, animal and other resources, under the pretext of the so-called investment.
O Muslims, O our People in Sudan: The National Reconciliation Government, bearer of secularism, division, and hardship of livelihood, nothing good is expected from it. So stand up and obey Allah (swt), in working with the believers, and in support of the great Deen, and assume the hard work of change by establishing the righteous Khilafah on the method of Prophethood, that will implement Islam correctly and connect the earth with the heavens, and cut off the extended American ropes, and give the reins of authority to the Muslims to return as the best nation brought to mankind, that carries the good to mankind.
((إِنَّا لَنَنْصُرُ رُسُلَنَا وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَيَوْمَ يَقُومُ الأَشْهَادُ))
“Indeed, We will support Our messengers and those who believe during the life of this world and on the Day when the witnesses will stand.” [Ghafir: 51]
