The 98th anniversary of the destruction of the Khilafah (Caliphate) has come, and the Islamic Ummah and the people of Palestine have been inflicted with catastrophes, and the calamities have intensified, the conspiracies have increased and the plots of the enemies have aggravated, and we on this anniversary, affirm the following facts:
First: Islam is the religion that Allah has accepted for the people, it is not permissible to accept other than it of man-made ideologies and systems. Allah (swt) says:
((الْيَوْمَ أَكْمَلْتُ لَكُمْ دِينَكُمْ وَأَتْمَمْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ نِعْمَتِي وَرَضِيتُ لَكُمُ الْإِسْلَامَ دِيناً))“This day I have perfected for you your religion and completed My favor upon you and have approved for you Islam as religion.” [al-Maida: 3].
And He (swt) says: ((وَمَنْ يَبْتَغِ غَيْرَ الْإِسْلَامِ دِيناً فَلَنْ يُقْبَلَ مِنْهُ وَهُوَ فِي الْآخِرَةِ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ)) “And whoever desires other than Islam as religion - never will it be accepted from him, and he, in the Hereafter, will be among the losers” [Al-i-Imran: 85]
Second: Islam is a religion that Allah ordered us to establish and to implement its laws, so it is not permissible to compromise on it or neglect its application, and it is not permissible to abandon any of its laws, Allah (swt) says:
((وَمَا كَانَ لِمُؤْمِنٍ وَلَا مُؤْمِنَةٍ إِذَا قَضَى اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَمْراً أَنْ يَكُونَ لَهُمُ الْخِيَرَةُ مِنْ أَمْرِهِمْ وَمَنْ يَعْصِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ ضَلَالاً مُبِيناً))
“It is not fitting for a believer, man or woman, when a matter has been decided by Allah and His Messenger, to have any option about their decision. If anyone disobeys Allah and His Messenger, he is indeed on a clearly wrong path”. [Al-Ahzab: 36]. And He (swt) says:
((وَأَنِ احْكُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ وَلَا تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ وَاحْذَرْهُمْ أَنْ يَفْتِنُوكَ عَنْ بَعْضِ مَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ إِلَيْكَ فَإِنْ تَوَلَّوْا فَاعْلَمْ أَنَّمَا يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ أَنْ يُصِيبَهُمْ بِبَعْضِ ذُنُوبِهِمْ وَإِنَّ كَثِيراً مِنَ النَّاسِ لَفَاسِقُونَ * أَفَحُكْمَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ يَبْغُونَ وَمَنْ أَحْسَنُ مِنَ اللَّهِ حُكْماً لِقَوْمٍ يُوقِنُونَ))
“And judge, [O Muhammad], between them by what Allah has revealed and do not follow their inclinations and beware of them, lest they tempt you away from some of what Allah has revealed to you. And if they turn away - then know that Allah only intends to afflict them with some of their [own] sins. And indeed, many among the people are defiantly disobedient.* Do they then seek after a judgment of (the Days of) Ignorance? But who, for a people whose faith is assured, can give better judgment than Allah” [Al-Maida: 49-50]
Third: Islam is preserved by Allah’s preservation of it, He (swt) says:
((إِنَّا نَحْنُ نَزَّلْنَا الذِّكْرَ وَإِنَّا لَهُ لَحَافِظُونَ))
“Indeed, it is We who sent down the Qur’an and indeed, We will be its guardian.” ]Al-Hajr: 9[. And the Almighty has guaranteed to make it dominant over all religion, the Almighty said:
((هُوَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَ رَسُولَهُ بِالْهُدَى وَدِينِ الْحَقِّ لِيُظْهِرَهُ عَلَى الدِّينِ كُلِّهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ))
“It is He Who has sent His Messenger (Muhammad SAW) with guidance and the religion of truth (Islam), to make it superior over all religions even though the Mushrikun (polytheists, pagans, idolaters, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah) hate (it)” [At-Tawba: 33].
Fourth: The Islamic Ummah is the best nation brought out to people, Allah has chosen it to establish His religion on earth and to be witness over the people. He (swt) says:
((وَجَاهِدُوا فِي اللَّهِ حَقَّ جِهَادِهِ هُوَ اجْتَبَاكُمْ وَمَا جَعَلَ عَلَيْكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ مِنْ حَرَجٍ مِلَّةَ أَبِيكُمْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ هُوَ سَمَّاكُمُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ مِنْ قَبْلُ وَفِي هَذَا لِيَكُونَ الرَّسُولُ شَهِيداً عَلَيْكُمْ وَتَكُونُوا شُهَدَاءَ عَلَى النَّاسِ فَأَقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتُوا الزَّكَاةَ وَاعْتَصِمُوا بِاللَّهِ هُوَ مَوْلَاكُمْ فَنِعْمَ الْمَوْلَى وَنِعْمَ النَّصِيرُ))
“And strive for Allah with the striving due to Him. He has chosen you and has not placed upon you in the religion any difficulty. [It is] the religion of your father, Abraham. Allah named you “Muslims” before [in former scriptures] and in this [revelation] that the Messenger may be a witness over you and you may be witnesses over the people. So establish prayer and give zakah and hold fast to Allah. He is your protector; and excellent is the protector, and excellent is the helper.” [Al-Hajj: 78].
Fifth: The unity of the Islamic Ummah is one of the great duties of Islam. It is not possible for the Ummah to establish Islam and convey it as required by Allah unless it gathers under the leadership of one man who will establish the Deen on it. The Messenger of Allah (saw) said:
«مَنْ أَتَاكُمْ وَأَمْرُكُمْ جَمِيعٌ عَلَى رَجُلٍ وَاحِدٍ، يُرِيدُ أَنْ يَشُقَّ عَصَاكُمْ، أَوْ يُفَرِّقَ جَمَاعَتَكُمْ، فَاقْتُلُوهُ» “Whoever comes to you while your affair has been united over one man, intending to divide your power or dissolve your unity, kill him.” (Narrated by Muslim)
Sixth: Jihad for the sake of Allah is the peak of Islam, and it is the Shar’i and practical method to spread Islam and convey it to all people, to bring them out from the darkness of disbelief and misguidance to the light of Islam and justice, Allah (swt) says:
((قَاتِلُوا الَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَلَا بِالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ وَلَا يُحَرِّمُونَ مَا حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ وَلَا يَدِينُونَ دِينَ الْحَقِّ مِنَ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْكِتَابَ حَتَّى يُعْطُوا الْجِزْيَةَ عَنْ يَدٍ وَهُمْ صَاغِرُونَ))
“Fight those who do not believe in Allah or in the Last Day and who do not consider unlawful what Allah and His Messenger have made unlawful and who do not adopt the religion of truth from those who were given the Scripture - [fight] until they give the jizyah willingly while they are humbled.” [At-Tawba: 28]
Seventh: Khilafah is the great obligation through which the three major obligations are achieved, the establishment of the Deen, the unification of Muslims and the propagation of Islam to the world. And through the Khilafah, the occupied lands of Muslims are liberated, Muslims are dignified, and their problems rather, the problems of the world are solved. Yes, it is the State of Islam that was established by the Messenger of Allah, and without which people live a life of ignorance. The Messenger of Allah (saw) said:
«مَنْ خَلَعَ يَداً مِنْ طَاعَةٍ، لَقِيَ اللهَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ لَا حُجَّةَ لَهُ، وَمَنْ مَاتَ وَلَيْسَ فِي عُنُقِهِ بَيْعَةٌ، مَاتَ مِيتَةً جَاهِلِيَّةً» “The one who removes his hand from obedience he will meet Allah without a proof for himself’ and Whosoever dies without a bay’ah on his neck dies the death of Jahiliyyah.” (Narrated by Muslim).
O Muslims, O our People in the Blessed Land Palestine:
These are seven facts of Islam on which the Muslims’ glory revolves, and are paralleled by other facts that must be identified which are:
First: The colonial countries are an enemy of Islam and its people, and the relationship with them must be a war relationship, and these countries spare no effort in killing the Muslims, looting their wealth and entrenching division between them, and the words of Allah (swt) on them is confirmed:
((﴿مَا يَوَدُّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ وَلَا الْمُشْرِكِينَ أَنْ يُنَزَّلَ عَلَيْكُمْ مِنْ خَيْرٍ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ))
“Neither those who disbelieve from the People of the Scripture nor the polytheists wish that any good should be sent down to you from your Lord.” [Al-Baqarah: 105]. And His (swt) saying:
((وَلَا يَزَالُونَ يُقَاتِلُونَكُمْ حَتَّى يَرُدُّوكُمْ عَنْ دِينِكُمْ إِنِ اسْتَطَاعُوا)) “And they will continue to fight you until they turn you back from your religion if they are able.” [Al-Baqarah: 217]
Second: The rulers of the Arab countries and the Islamic world are agents of the Kafir colonizers and subservient to them. They are the enemies of the Ummah and its religion. They are the spearhead of the Kafir in Muslim countries, who spare no effort in fighting Islam, spreading corruption and vice, and keeping the Ummah hostage to the enemies of Islam.
Third: International institutions such as the United Nations, the Security Council, etc. and regional institutions such as the Arab League, the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) are tools of the Western colonial countries to maintain their hegemony and implement their plans, foremost of which is combating Islam and keeping the Islamic nation torn apart and its wealth is looted.
Fourthly: The liberation of the Ummah from colonialism can only be achieved by the movement of the real forces of the Ummah to remove rulers of At-Taghoot and the systems of at-Taghoot, and to uproot the influence of colonialism. This requires that the forces of the Ummah be united so that the Ummah’s armies be aligned with Islam and join the ranks of the Ummah, and declare their dissociation from these traitor puppet regimes, hasten to remove them and rid the Ummah of their evils.
O People in the Blessed Land:
A major crime and great treason are being plotted against Palestine; no less than the betrayal of the Oslo Agreement. It is no different from the betrayal of the rulers in 1967 or their betrayal in 1948, but they want it to be more criminal and more treacherous. The symbols of betrayal this time are the triad of treason and criminality, the rulers of Egypt, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia, with the participation of those who have no moralities of the beneficiaries and mercenaries of the dwarfs of Palestine. So, we warn the people of Palestine and the sincere of their sons not to fall into their tricks or trust any of these parties. The Palestinian Authority is drenched with betrayal until it became one of its attributes, and the rulers of Muslims are more humiliated than the road that is trampled, and the head of disbelief America and the enemies of Islam as if they say either you accept the humiliation, the desecration of sanctities, the plunder of wealth and the succumb to the agents or your fate will be murder, displacement, destruction and devastation.
O our People and our Beloved Ones:
The enemies of Islam targeted our religion, our children, our honors and our sanctities and did not spare anything sanctified but they violated it. These crimes were carried out with the cover and the help of the conspirator rulers of Muslims. And there is no way to lift humiliation from us except by holding to the strong rope of Allah and the dissociation from the criminals and the traitors, returning Palestine back to its original bosom, the Islamic Ummah, and mobilizing the Ummah and its armies to establish the Khilafah and liberate Jerusalem (Bayt al-Maqdis).
So, trust in Allah Al-Qawwei, the Powerful, Al-Aziz, the Exalted in Might, and trust your Ummah, it is a nation that Allah has chosen for Islam. If it stumbles today, then it is by the courage of its sincere men will rise from its stumble and restore the biography of the righteous… for we are on an appointment with Allah’s victory and the achievement of the glad-tiding of the Messenger of Allah (saw) and the descent of the Khilafah in Bayt al-Maqdis. And contemplate the words of Allah (swt):
((إِنَّا لَنَنْصُرُ رُسُلَنَا وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَيَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْأَشْهَادُ)) “Indeed, We will support Our messengers and those who believe during the life of this world and on the Day when the witnesses will stand.” [Ghafir: 51]
O Allah, deliver this goodness to the Muslims and expand their breasts with assurance to it, and help us to establish your Deen ... Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds.
