Peace is only upon those who follow guidance!
We send this letter to you via the diplomatic mission of Uzbekistan in Pakistan.
We consider that Uzbekistan is an Islamic Lands and its people are tied to us by the strongest of all bonds of love and compassion, Islam. Our forefathers were witness as it shone its light brightly upon the Ummah when it was raised by Islam, both as a launching pad for victory against the kuffar and a as a centre of knowledge. Amongst its bright beacons was the city of Bukhara, which gave birth to this Ummah’s eminent son, Bukhari, one of the foremost two Shaikhs of Hadith. And we are witness now as its brave and defiant people have strived with patience for the return of the Khilafah in these lands of Khurasan.
We denounce your most recent crime against those who call for Khilafah, which is but one crime in thousands. We denounce your confining of our brother Karimov Shawkat, from the shebaab of Hizb ut-Tahrir, amongst prisoners afflicted with tuberculosis in 2002, deliberately so he can be stricken by this disease. And we pray that his martyrdom on 27 Ramadhan, whose night is when Laylatul Qadr is sought, this year is accepted by Allah سبحانه و تعالى and invokes his Wrath upon you, for you have declared war on the loyal to Allah سبحانه و تعالى. Allah سبحانه وتعالى said in the Hadeeth Qudsi, قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَالَ مَنْ عَادَى لِي وَلِيًّا فَقَدْ آذَنْتُهُ بِالْحَرْبِ “The Messenger of Allah peace be upon him that Allah said, Whosoever harms my Wali I will declare a war against him ...” (Bukhari)
And we assure you and the powers that you seek guidance from in the matter of Hizb ut-Tahrir, Russia and America, that your realization is correct, the Khilafah is indeed near, with the signs of its impending birth sensed throughout the Islamic Lands, whether in Syria or other than Syria. We assure you from the lands of the seventh largest armed forces in the world, Pakistan, that whether the Khilafah is established here, on your doorstep, or elsewhere first, you will be seized by your lying neck. Thus we will make an example of you for others like you to consider. And we assure you that all your efforts, by your tongues and your hands, will be for less than naught, rather they will be a cause of severe anguish for you all and the light of Islam will prevail regardless. يُرِيدُونَ أَنْ يُطْفِئُوا نُورَ اللَّهِ بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَيَأْبَى اللَّهُ إِلاَّ أَنْ يُتِمَّ نُورَهُ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْكَافِرُونَ “They desire to extinguish the Light of Allah with their mouths, and Allah refuses but to perfect His Light, even though the disbelievers abhor it.” [Surah at-Tawba 9: 32]
And you if you think you’re immune to the winds of change, as if you are so important, consider that your peers amongst criminals and Pharaohs thought of themselves as if they are immortals on the earth and gods other than Allah سبحانه و تعالى but they were met by what Allah ordained for them. See how they either fled and or were imprisoned or killed in sewer pipes or discarded. And from them is the one who is waiting for his blackened misfortune, which he will see soon.
Read our warning well, O dog of Moscow and Washington, for soon you will see what it portents at your door!
{إِنَّ اللَّهَ بَالِغُ أَمْرِهِ قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدْرًا}
“Verily, Allah will accomplish his purpose. Indeed Allah has set a measure for all things.” [Surah al-Talaaq 65:3]
