The “the Arab initiative Committee” on Friday evening 23rd Nov, 2007 accepted the American invitation to attend the Annapolis Conference for peace in the Middle East scheduled for 27th Nov, 2007 at the ministerial level to discuss the peace process, and as stated in the Declaration of the Committee, it comes within the frame work of these references: the international legitimate resolutions, the road map and the Arab peace initiative. The committee originally comprised 13 countries and now three other countries namely Mauritania, the United Arab Emirates and the Sultanate of Oman are also included to have 16 Arab states. Bush had invited certain Muslim countries States including the sixteen Arab: the Palestinian Authority, Jordan, Syria, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Iraq, Bahrain, Yemen, Tunisia, Morocco, Sudan, Algeria, Oman, United Arab Emirates, Mauritania) and later also included some non-Arab Muslim countries like Turkey, Indonesia, Pakistan, Malaysia. Other participants are from the Security Council, the European Union and others.
The announcement of the Arab Initiative Committee to accept the ‘invitation’ of Bush was of little importance or by default, since the ‘invitation’ by Bush was not simply an invitation which the invitee has a choice to spurn, it was rather a directive to them to them to show up at the conference, it essentially amounts to a summon. Even the timid were seeking a cover for accepting such an ‘invitation’ but the summons were clear! Syria justified accepting the invitation by citing that the US Administration had agreed to include the Golan clause on the agenda, though it was well aware that this conference was not called to snatch lands from the Jews, but to achieve normalization of relations between the Arab states and the State of the Jews in order to clear the air for negotiations later. As of now, its aim to promote normal relations, and not talks on the Jews occupied territories. Even if Syria had not requested inclusion of the Golan heights, the US or the Jews would have any way included it to pave way for any future negotiations, because the conference is organized to achieve normalization of relations with the Jews in the meeting, the protocol smiles and spreading hopes of diplomacy rather than total elimination of any Jewish occupation. The Saudis on the other hand, justified accepting the invitation on the pretext that there was unanimity among the Arabs for the conference, hence it was attending. Though the Saudis know well that this unanimity was first achieved by their keenness for the conference!
Thus, the Arab rulers agreed to represent at the doorsteps of Bush in Annapolis, even if they had quietly accepted the summons, it would have been a betrayal of Palestine for once, but they chose to have their treason even more severe by asserting that the conference is in the framework of the ‘legitimate’ international resolutions, the road map and the Arab peace initiative. Each one of these pretexts is worse than the other! Each of these pretexts only legitimizes Jewish occupation of Palestine 1948 and limits the case to the Palestine occupied in 1967. Thus there remains nothing for the Jews to withdraw from parts of the West Bank and Gaza.
This is how the Arab rulers are going to the Annapolis, openly waiving any claims to the Palestine occupied by the Jews in 1948, and recognition Jewish claims on it! There act is identical to those before them; either like Egypt, Jordan and Mauritania who have done so openly or like Morocco, Tunisia and Qatar etc. who have done it under covers. All of these waivers are only in return for an opportunity to sit with Bush, Olmert and Barak, to eat and drink and “chat” with them and make Bush forget his troubles in Iraq and Afghanistan for some time. This only saves Bush’s face before his opponents even in the US, just like the conferences of the neighboring countries of Iraq! At the same time this raises the credibility of Olmert among the Jews, and they achieve greater recognition if not in the immediate terms, at least later.
O Muslims: Palestine is not just that which was occupied in 1967, it is not merely Gaza and the West Bank, nor is it only the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock, but all of Palestine, there is no difference between the sacred Rock or any part of it in the Negev desert. The Sharee’ah enjoins us to liberate the entire Palestine by eliminating the state of Jews: its towns and desert, the People and properties and its land and skies - it is the blood of the martyrs, so liberate every inch from the drop of blood for the martyr or the dust of the Mujahedeen’s horses.
O Muslims: These agent rulers, who sent their ministers to the doorsteps of Bush in Annapolis, they destroyed what they are at: They surrendered Palestine to the Jews twice: the first they termed it as a disaster, while the second surrender is a setback! The Arab rulers failed to fight the enemy, and locked the troops in their barracks, indeed they are the traitors of Allah, His Prophet and the believers.
These rulers still persist in their deception and misinformation: they have already de-facto recognized Jews’ occupation of Palestine occupied in 1948 as a bargain of Bush’s promise of two states and to negotiate the lands occupied in 1967! Though they are aware that any hope of repossessing the occupied lands through negotiations with the Jews is a sick man’s wild imagination! And they should know, Bush’s promises are like devils promises:
وما يعدهم الشيطان إلا غروراً
“He [Shaitân (Satan)] makes promises to them, and arouses in them false desires; and Shaitân’s (Satân) promises are nothing but deceptions.”[TMQ an Nisa’:120]
Not only this, but they should know that Bush aims to honour the Jews by humiliating Muslims! These rulers may dream that a solution is within their reach, but actually it is only a mirage!
The Arab rulers are the enemies of truth and they stand to deny the reality: Instead of telling the truth to their people that they are going to Annapolis for normalisation of relations with the Jewish state and subjugate before Bush and the State of the Jews, and to raise the credibility of Bush and Olmert before their people and to alleviate them from their doom in Iraq, they claim that they want to go to Annapolis in order to save the first Qiblah and the third holiest shrine! They say that they have surrendered the 1948 territories so that they can vigorously fight and negotiate the 1967 occupied ones which they say they will not meekly surrender! Their claim is based on falsehood and treachery. This is evidently clear, just as their claims are false. They will never be able to extract any territories by negotiating with the Jews, neither the West Bank, nor Gaza or the al-Aqsa. Even if the Jews were to withdraw from the 1967 territories completely as a miracle, even then surrendering the 1948 occupied territories will be a grave crime in Islam as the land of Isra wal Me’raj can not be thus partitioned. These lands can neither be divided nor are they for a bargain sale! These sacred territories are not the properties of the Palestinian Authority or the Arab or non-Arab rulers; they belong to Allah and the believers and will remain so until the day of Judgement. Curse of Allah, His angels and all people be upon those who surrenders even a part of these lands.
Oh Muslims! We do not accept the Palestinian Authority or these rulers, nor do we like them, they have committed a serious crime and are hypocrites. They have traded off their deen, the Ummah, al-Quds and al-Aqsa for a meager sum, rather for nothing. They praise the Kafir colonialists more than Allah. Indeed they do not praise Allah. To expect any good from them is to expect a gentle and delicate grape from the thorns!
But the most strange thing is that the great Ummah of Islam is silent over their treacherous deeds while they are bent upon destroying the lands and people consistently.
Entire Palestine is occupied for more than sixty years now, Syria’s Golan Heights are held by the Jews as a security buffer for over forty years. Egypt’s Sinai is under the clutches of multinational forces overseeing the disarming of the militias and suffocating their breath. The Sheba Farms, the Bek’aa Valley in north Jordan etc. are all under the Jews in the guise of lease!
Such are the tragedies inflicting by these rulers. Why will the bloods of this Ummah which overpowered the Tatars, the Crusaders and captured Constantinople, not curdle in its veins? How can it remain a silent spectator while Bush and his European allies and Jews buy and sell its lands? How??
Then how can the armed forces of the Muslim countries protect these rulers who are actually traitors? How can the armed forces silently watch the rulers sell their lands and the people and yet do nothing to stop and remove them by establishing a Khilafah for the Muslims? A Khaleefah who is a shield for the Muslims to fight their enemy and seek shelter behind him? How can this continue? How??
Oh Muslims! Oh Muslim Soldiers!!
Hizb ut-Tahrir is calling you, so raise your heads and respond. Work with it to establish a great Khilafah which is your duty from Allah. It is your honour and it will secure your lands and honour. Whoever responds to this call will be honoured by the Lord of Ka’bah. He will be with us always until Allah grants us victory and he will have his prize from Allah Himself.
Those whop do not respond to the call and prefer to go astray will not be able to harm Allah. Allah can execute His commands and fulfill His promise to the believers. Allah will also fulfill His Prophet’s glad tidings of eliminating the Jewish state and victory. We seek Allah’s victory for those who respond.
وإن تتولوا يستبدل قوماً غيركم ثم لا يكونوا أمثالكم
“And if you turn away (from Islâm and the obedience to Allâh), He will exchange you for some other people and they will not be your likes.”[TMQ 47:38]
